Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the room will result cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed non-refundable. Must cancel within 48Hrs. notice.
Credit cards that are declined will not result in confirmed reservations.
Reservations must be paid in full at the time of arrival, and are non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled within 2 days of the arrival . This charge, once initiated, is non-refundable.
Early departures will not be pro-rated.
$50 Cancellation Fee for all Late Cancellations

If you do not cancel or do not show up,
the amount for the first nights stay will be charged.

Minimum stay required during special events or holidays.
No smoking inside - outside on deck and porches ok.

On day of arrival any cancellation of ANY KIND you will be charged a full nights stay.
