Antique Room: $115 per night
Island Room: $120 per night
Captains room: $145 per night
Rates are for Single or Double Occupancy, tax not included.
Extra Person $25 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy

3 weeks for Special Events
$50 Cancellation Fee for all Late Cancellations

If you do not cancel or do not show up,
the amount for the first nights stay will be charged.

Minimum stay required during special events or holidays.
No smoking inside - outside on deck and porches ok.

On day of arrival any cancellation of ANY KIND you will be charged a full nights stay.
